Confirmations

Confirmations were sent out last night for ALL registrants. If you did not receive yours, please check your junk or spam folders. If it still isn’t there, please use the contact form on this site to send me an alternate email address to the one you used to register.

Results will be posted on this website by Sunday October 1st 6pm at the latest. If all goes well, I may be able to post them as early as Friday evening.

Les résultats seront affichés sur ce site par dimanche le 1 octobre à 18h au plus tard. Si j’ai de la chance, il est possible que je puisse afficher aussitôt que vendredi en soirée!

Registration confirmation

Registration confirmations were sent out this evening between 7pm and 11pm.  All entries in the database and additions, modifications or deletion requests received prior to 7pm were implemented. Please check your email and verify your list. 5 email attempts have bounced (wrong address or host unreachable) so I will try to contact these individuals another way.

If there are ANY changes…please try to send them in before noon…I would like to be able to finalize the database and print out packages in the afternoon to have them sorted and ready for Friday morning.

Traveling time…

I thought I’d mention something about traveling times to and from the event. First and foremost, for those coming to North Bay from the West (through Sturgeon Falls), please note that there is construction along the Hwy 17 corridor between Sturgeon Falls and Beaucage that can lead to some delays. Posted speed is 70km/h and this week has seen some morning and evening delays of up to 20 minutes.

Also, grade 4 races start at 10:10 am – morning traffic, delays parking buses and offloading students on site, time to pick up your packages at the main building and distribute singlets to your athletes all need to be taken into account. Also, the trek from North Bay out to the Nordic Ski club normally takes about 20 – 30 minutes as it is several kms out of town down Trout Lake Road.

I would simply advise that you allow for these factors in planning your departure times. Results for each event generally take 30 minutes or more to be generated and verified – so consider this also. Please consult the race schedule for start and end times.

Reminder – Rappel

Just a reminder that we will be closing the registration system this evening. The cut off time is 4 pm but in all likelihood it will remain open until around 6pm. We need to shut down the system in order to start cleaning the database, printing out labels and preparing packages which can take 5-8 hours…

Un rappel que le système d’inscription ne sera plus disponible après 16h (plutôt 18h) ce soir. Ceci est pour nous permettre le temps nécessaire pour préparer la base de données et vos paquets en temps pour les course.

Registration – Inscriptions

Registration is now open for this year’s Barons X Country Invitational which will be on Friday, September 30th. Please make sure to read and understand all the information, rules and requirements before registering your athletes. Registration closes on the 28th at 4pm!

Vous pouvez maintenant inscrire vos athlètes pour les course de fonds Barons X Country qui auront lieu le vendredi 30 septembre. SVP vous assurer de lire et comprendre tous les informations avant de procéder à l’inscription. Les inscriptions doivent être complétés par le 28 à 16h.
